The new Regulation (EU) 2026/1123 on the labelling of plant protection products must be complied with if the application for approval or renewal of approval was submitted after 1 January 2028. Some requirements of the CLP revision are coming into effect. These include the specifications for labelling formats, information in distance selling and advertising, as well as the six-month deadline for label adjustments.
